Elite Hire features 3 colour finishes for the majority of their furniture Black velvet, Oyster crushed velvet and White leatherette. If our event organiser has a ‘mood board’ or a colour scheme to adhere to, we can tailor our furniture solutions to match. Plus we have more unusual things we can add to enhance the details from period lamps to gold easels (to display seating lists) candles and heart sculptures to adorn outdoor events in style.
Our experience means that we make our furniture modular where possible, so it can be tailor-made for our customers. We can change the legs on a table from traditional to chrome, we can add lights,
put different colour pads on a chair for colour coordination and so on. We work well in a team with the event organiser because they know we are personally involved and are on call 24/7 to ensure the event goes smoothly with no nasty surprises. Elite can comfortably deal with events of up to 100 people complete with seating, soft furnishings, dance floor and bar with poseur tables and cubes but more often the event s we deal with are for 100-200 guests.
Elite deliver on a given day and will agree an am or pm delivery slot, however, If a client needs a timed guaranteed delivery then that can be done.(for a small additional charge).
Experience helps but it also helps having a large and diverse stock of products from which to select. Over the years we have done work for business people sorts personalities and corporates with all types of rigorous schedules and details to get right. one such example was a jewellery launch event at Tiffanys in London in which we were given a specific fabric with which to upholster the chairs such was the precision and prestige of the VIP event.
Elite has also provided gold ‘Cheltenham’ chairs and patio furniture at an England Rugby players wedding. Soft furnishings and a bar for an England footballers garden party and also for a private party at the Ritz Hotel in London which was so exclusive we never did know exactly who the party was for only that Elton John was the evenings live entertainment!
